А ведь они и не licensed psychologist or clinician.
1. The "Scream" Evidence: Patrick Clancy's 911 CallWhile the prompt references "Lesly," the viral focus on a "blood-curdling scream" actually stems from the 2026 Lindsay Clancy triple-murder trial in Massachusetts. The Evidence: During deliberations, multiple jurors who later broke their silence stated that the most deeply traumatizing piece of evidence they had to review was the 911 call made by Patrick Clancy when he discovered his children. The Reaction: Jurors described Patrick’s visceral, agonizing scream as "horrifying" and admitted that it changed them forever. The Criticism: The public criticized the panel after it was revealed that the 12-person jury deadlocked 11–1 in favor of finding Lindsay Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity, causing a mistrial. Outraged observers argued that the horrific nature of the crime and the suffering captured in that 911 call should have resulted in immediate criminal accountability rather than a deadlock.2. The Backlash Against the Jurors' ConductFollowing the mistrial, the jurors faced swift public criticism after three female jurors publicly discussed the internal chaos of the deliberation room:"Unsworn Expert" Allegations: Critics demanded public contempt hearings after it was revealed that nurse jurors on the panel used their own professional backgrounds to interpret medical and toxicology reports. The public argued they improperly influenced the rest of the jury with outside knowledge rather than strictly using expert witness testimony from the trial. The Lone Holdout Drama: Additional criticism centered on the lone holdout juror (a Black male in his 30s). Fellow jurors publicly blasted him as "arrogant" and claimed he refused to follow instructions regarding reasonable doubt, allegedly playing on his phone and at one point bizarrely wrapping an exercise band around a water bottle to mimic the crime. Conversely, a separate wave of public backlash criticized the 11 majority jurors for supposedly alienating him, rushing to judgment, and creating a hostile environment.
